A wide variety of experience has shaped me into a well-rounded individual seeking wellness and balance to the greatest
extent possible. I am an athlete who is in the process of healing, constantly and consistently directing my focus back
to a comfortable homeostasis. I am always learning, seeking growth gently but firmly. I seek to empower those
taking action on healing journeys.

• 20 years experience coaching gymnastics
• 3 years experience coaching junior golf camps
• 2 years experience coaching High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) utilizing Olympic lifting
• CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer 2023
• 2006 California Polytechnic State University (D1) Golf Team Player
• 2006 Aragon High School (AHS) Athlete of the Year
• 2002-2006 MVP AHS Golf Team
• 2002-2006 AHS Basketball Team Player
• 2002-2006 AHS Gymnast
• Modest experience with other sports growing up: figure skating, soccer, softball, taekwondo, tennis
